CHOCOLATE RECIPIES

Chocolaterie is distinguished for the rich, full body which witch gives us large quantity of drinking chocolate with small amount of product. subtle aroma and full of taste chocolate. The chocolaterie is available in white, dark classic and cold.

 

 CLASSIC CHOCOLATE (in a machine with steam)

Chocolaterie-hot
Pour in a small coffee pot half [0% to 3,5%  fat] the quantity tha a mug of 200-250ml can hold  ,add a full teaspoon of chocolate mixture and steam it until it starts to boil.

Then serve it in a mug.

During the preparation, before boiling we can add, fruit flavored Syrups, fruits or nuts. (5-10ml per mug) to create easily chocolates with flavors:

Coconut ,Strawberry, Mint, Amaretto, vanilla, caramel, chili pepper, toffee.

 

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE (in a machine with steam)

Mouss-chocolaterie
Pour in a coffe pot half the quantity in milk (0%until 3,5%) of that a mug og 200-250ml can accommodate, add a full and half spoon from out chocolate mixture (Whoite or Dark) and steam until it starts to boil.

During the preparation, before boiling we can add, fruits or nuts.

We can create Black & White mousse with white and dark chocolate.

Then serve it in a bowl

 Served hot or cold.

 

(This method: applied only for hot chocolate white or dark)
